ac's really awesome =).
1. it's really nice still having morning devotions and all. every morning they also play christian videos. nice X). and we always ended the orientation days praying.
2. the pe programme looks SO fun [well, minus the swimming module anyway]! and we get about 2 hours of pe a week!
3. my og's nice. if you didn't already know, angelina and lily are also in my og =). but angel only came for one and a half days because her ankle hurt =(.
4. my ogls are great too. eugene's really funny, hazel's spunky, and yeow an's really sweet and friendly.
5. the mass dances are so hard! but they're nice too.
6. the orientation games were incredibly muddy, thanks to the monsoonal rain which poured on and off from wednesday to friday. but there were 2 rainbows on thursday- the pretty symbols of God's promise (:.
7. the lossehelin and ac cheers are really cool!
8. for the og outing, we went to lily's house. her house must be stocked with food all year round! everytime i go there, there's no lack of chocs, candies, and whatever tidbits.
9. campfire was fun! the campfire looked a lot like our longest day one, just that they used 'ac' instead of 'mg05'. but after a while it started to rain so we had to move to the badminton hall while our dear ogls kept the fire going outside. the badminton hall was stuffy even with the air-cons on [and apparently we take our A levels there!] but the atmosphere was still great. ac sprit, yes? my lossehelin, celahir, had a really cool quidditch costume this guy wore for the fashion parade thing. and ac has a different version of the friendship dance.
our orientation shirt says 'ACSperience- you've got to have it', or something along those lines anyway. but really, you have to feel the ac spirit for yourself. catch the fire, go inspire! =)
having said all that, i still miss mg! especially a1, handbells, and all the teachers! if i can i'll go back and visit this week. of course i'll try to find people to go with. there will ALWAYS be a place in my heart for mg.
